The original Electronic Arts offer to take over Take-Two has come to an end...for now. EA has been trying to buy the company for a large portion of this year. According to Forbes, "Monday night is really the beginning of Act Two between the companies."

"For now, though, things are going to be quiet. Expect the quiet to last a while. The posturing is over and the backroom haggling is beginning in earnest."
